Get clear on what's next.

Sometimes you reach a point where you know something needs to change, but you're not sure what that change should be.

Maybe you're successful in your career but no longer feel fulfilled. Maybe your priorities have changed. Maybe you're considering a career change, taking on something new, or simply wondering if there's a better way to make work fit into the life you want.

You don't need to have the answer before you start.

Coaching gives you the space to step back, sort through the noise, and figure out what matters to you now—and what you want to do about it.

When what worked before doesn't work anymore.

Life and work don't always evolve at the same pace.

The career that once felt like the right fit may no longer align with what you value. Your responsibilities may have changed. Your definition of success may have changed, too.

You may be:

  • Wondering what you want your next chapter to look like

  • Feeling unfulfilled or stuck in your current career

  • Considering a career change but unsure where to start

  • Trying to figure out how work fits into the life you want

  • Navigating a significant transition

  • Feeling pulled in too many directions by competing priorities

  • Struggling to make time for what matters most

  • Questioning whether you're on the right path

  • Ready for something different but not sure what “different” means

You don't have to make a major change just because something feels off.

Sometimes the first step is simply getting clear on what isn't working—and why.

Especially for mid-career working women

I especially enjoy working with women who have built successful careers but are beginning to ask different questions.

Maybe the question used to be:

“How do I succeed?”

Now it's:

“What does success look like for me now?”

Your priorities may have changed. Your family may need more of you. You may want more flexibility, more meaning, more alignment, or simply more control over how you spend your time.

You don't have to choose between being successful and having a life that works for you.

Coaching can help you step back from the expectations, obligations, and noise around you and figure out what you actually want.

What we'll work on

There isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to figuring out what's next.

Our conversations might focus on:

Clarity & Direction

Get clear about what you want, what matters most, and where you want to go next.

Career Decisions

Explore career options, opportunities, or changes and determine what aligns with your goals and values.

Priorities & Alignment

Identify what's taking up your time and energy and determine what deserves your attention now.

Confidence & Self-Trust

Challenge the doubts and assumptions that may be keeping you from moving forward.

Navigating Change

Make sense of a transition and figure out how you want to respond rather than simply reacting to what's happening around you.

Taking Action

Turn clarity into practical next steps and create accountability to keep moving forward.

You don't need to have it all figured out.

One of the hardest parts of making a change is feeling like you need to know exactly what you want before you take the first step.

You don't.

Coaching isn't about finding the perfect answer.

It's about creating the space to explore what's possible, understand what matters to you, and make decisions that feel right for where you are now.

My role isn't to tell you what you should do.

I'll listen, ask thoughtful questions, challenge your thinking, and help you see possibilities you may not have considered.

A structured approach to figuring out what's next

My coaching approach is designed to help you move from feeling overwhelmed or uncertain to having greater clarity and direction.

Clarify
What's really going on? What isn't working? What matters most to you now?

Explore
What options do you have? What assumptions or expectations might be influencing your thinking?

Decide
What do you want to pursue? What feels right for this stage of your life?

Act
What's one step you can take to start moving forward?

The goal isn't simply to think differently.

It's to move forward differently.

A little about me

I'm a certified professional coach, MBA, and working mom. My background includes leadership coaching, organizational change, agile ways of working, project management, and professional development.

But perhaps just as important, I understand what it's like to build a career while also trying to make time for the people and things that matter most.

I believe you can be successful at work without letting work define your entire life.

My goal is to help you find a path that feels meaningful, sustainable, and right for you.

What's next?

You don't have to know exactly what you want before you reach out.

If you're at a crossroads, questioning what's next, or simply feeling ready for something different, let's talk.

Let's start with a conversation about where you are—and where you want to go.
