Meet Ellen frank

Helping you cut through the clutter and move forward with clarity.

I know how easy it is to get caught up in everything that needs your attention. Between competing priorities, changing expectations, and the pressure to get it all right, it can be hard to step back and figure out what matters most.

Over time, my work has expanded from agile coaching into leadership and individual coaching, allowing me to help people navigate challenges, gain clarity, and find practical ways to move forward.

I work with leaders and professionals who want to navigate change, think through challenging situations, and move forward with greater clarity and intention. Sometimes that means strengthening your leadership skills. Sometimes it means figuring out your next career move. And sometimes it means finding a better way to manage competing demands without sacrificing what matters most to you.

My role isn't to tell you what to do. It's to listen, ask thoughtful questions, challenge your perspective when helpful, and provide the structure and support you need to find your own answers and take meaningful action.

Experience That Shapes My Approach

I bring more than 15 years of professional experience across industries, with a background in agile coaching, project management, and process improvement. My experience has taught me how to navigate organizational complexity, adapt to change, and find practical ways to make progress when priorities compete and the path forward isn't always clear.

I hold an MBA and am a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Agile Coach, Certified Scrum Master, and Project Management Professional (PMP). My combination of business experience and coaching training allows me to bring both a practical understanding of workplace challenges and a supportive, thoughtful approach to helping people work through them.

I believe that working smarter, not harder, starts with understanding what matters most. Every person and situation is different, so my coaching is tailored to your needs, priorities, and goals.

Why This Work Is Personal to Me

I'm a working mom, too. I understand the challenge of building a meaningful career while making time for the people and things that matter outside of work.

Over time, I've learned that doing more isn't always the answer. Sometimes we need to step back, reconsider our priorities, let go of what isn't serving us, and give ourselves permission to do things differently.

That perspective is a big part of how I coach. I'm particularly passionate about helping working parents and professionals who feel stretched between competing demands find more clarity, balance, and fulfillment in how they work and live.

A Little More About Me

Outside of coaching, I enjoy dancing with friends, reading, and spending time with my husband and two boys. My ideal day includes a tropical beach or pool, a good book, and absolutely no need to rush anywhere.

Let's Talk About What's Next

You don't need to have everything figured out before you start. Sometimes the most valuable first step is simply having the space to think things through.

If you're ready to get clear on what matters most and explore what comes next, I'd love to connect.
